Motorsport Merchandise E-commerce Operation

Built and scaled the global e-commerce operation for V12 Retail Solutions, a licensed motorsport merchandise retailer holding rights to sell F1 and motorsport products across Shopify and major marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Costco.

Problem :

V12 Retail Solutions, a licensed motorsport merchandise retailer, required a fully structured e-commerce ecosystem capable of supporting international sales across multiple channels. The business needed a centralised platform to manage product catalogues, synchronise inventory across Shopify and major marketplaces, coordinate international fulfilment logistics, and support digital marketing operations.

Solution :

I designed and built the complete e-commerce ecosystem for V12 Trackside, using Shopify as the central platform to manage product catalogues, inventory, orders, and integrations across multiple sales channels.

The Shopify infrastructure was structured to support both direct-to-consumer sales and marketplace distribution, with integrations synchronising products and inventory across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Costco for centralised inventory control and streamlined order management.

On the operational side, I established the fulfilment structure by identifying and coordinating warehouse partners capable of handling order processing and global shipment, ensuring orders placed across any channel automatically triggered fulfilment operations.

I also structured the internal operational workflows required to support the business, including coordinating external collaborators across customer service, data entry, product photography, and graphic design to support product onboarding and marketing execution.

Challenge :

The primary challenge was managing a complex multi-channel e-commerce operation across Shopify and four major marketplaces simultaneously, while coordinating supplier relationships, inventory planning, international logistics partners, and marketing campaigns. Maintaining inventory synchronisation and fulfilment reliability across multiple sales channels required structured operational oversight and careful system management.
