Quotes and payment

All work is quoted and invoiced by email. Payment is handled securely through Stripe and is not processed directly on this website.

Project work begins once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hosting and ongoing services, if applicable, are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your invoice.

Project process

Our typical process includes:

• Building the website based on the agreed scope

• Sharing a preview for review

• Making agreed-upon adjustments

• Delivering or launching the final website

Revisions are limited to the scope agreed upon in your quote.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and materials needed to complete your project. You confirm that you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you supply.

Savvy Kernel is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client-provided information.

Hosting and domains

Hosting is provided by Savvy Kernel as part of a recurring service. Domain names are registered in the client’s name through a third-party registrar. Savvy Kernel may assist with domain setup and connection but does not own client domains.

No guarantees

While we aim to build professional and effective websites, Savvy Kernel does not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once work has begun.

Limitation of liability

Savvy Kernel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
